The Dalaman Ramada is a brand new hotel. Everything is bright and shiny. Bahar and Alpay at the front desk were very kind and upgraded my room to a larger corner room. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot. The rooftop restaurant had great views beyond the ever-present DnR (debris and rubble). The food was tasty, and the service was excellent.

Nice clean hotel located close to the airport. Location is good if you hire car - we went Fetihe, Oluedeniz, then towards Marmaris, this hotel was in the middle so either side was an hours drive or so. There were beaches close by 15min, also the Gogek town by the Marina was 20 min which had really nice shops and restaurants. Restaurants and shops nearby - can walk or taxi. Hotel is new and clean, dinner/ room services price is reasonable. Food was very tasty. Breakfast had a good choice of options. We had 2 rooms, they were on different floors initially but we asked if they could be moved together, and they did, upgrading us for free in one room. Parking outside for cars is plenty.

Brand new , extremely clean and modern The staff was amazing, excellent customer service starting from the SPA staff , the massages were 10/10, my guy masseuse was perfect, very skilled and professional, the best massage I ever had , the receptionist amazing helpful and friendly, the waiters extremely polite specially the 20 years old young man with curly hair sorry don’t remember their names . Hope the owners really appreciate their staff and treat them good and appreciate them as they deserve . Congratulations for such an amazing team , one of the best hotel I ve been and the staff definitely made my whole experience perfect . I will definitely return .Thank you for your service

I want to extend a very special thank you to Umut for going above and beyond to meet customer expectations and provide an incredible experience. I have never met anyone more hospitable or as exceptional at his job as he is. He truly deserves an outstanding position within Ramada Hotels. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mert and Sirac - both were so lovely and kind. I will never forget my time in Turkey. Thank you so much for everything!

Very nice modern hotel with beautiful gardens, pool and lounging area. Great food and cocktails. Ideally located by the airport and only ten minutes or so on foot into the centre of Dalaman. Staff were incredibly polite and very helpful, particularly Bahar and the young barman downstairs who went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. They were both great! We’ll be staying at a Ramada again when we visit Istanbul next year.

The reception team was absolutely exceptional -- Bahar, Ojek, and the whole team couldn't have done more for us. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was excellent and very filling! We will definitely be coming back!

The staff were very helpful and fluent in English, German etc. The food was very good, and there were plenty of opportunities to try local cuisine as well as more regular ingredients. The room was very spacious with a great view over the bay for both sunrise and sunset.

We stayed at the hotel before leaving from the airport very early in the morning. The level of service was exceptional. The staff gave us a lunch package because we would miss breakfast and made us coffee before 5 am. I had never experienced anything like this.

Great hotel. Only ten mins from the airport. Clean and sparkling new. Very friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. They could maybe provide more Western style food at breakfast. Room was nice and spacious. Outside the hotel was nice and quiet.
